Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 75 countries, Please check the currency and country of service button in the top right corner of our homepage. If your country is listed, we can ship to you. Otherwise, we cannot ship to you.

Q. Do you offer free shipping to any countries?

A. Currently, we only offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe (excluding Turkey), Brazil, and Japan. For all other countries, there is an additional shipping cost that is added to the final price of the item. This shipping cost can be seen by advancing the purchase process of any item in your cart.

What currency do you charge in?

A. Our products and shipping costs are priced in US dollars, but our payment processors can convert your payments to your local currency.

Q: How long will shipping take? 

  • Orders Usually Arrive in 7-10 Days. Delivery times may vary slightly, but in general this is the service range.
  • 9Legion is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.

Q: Do you accept exchanges/ returns?

Yes, we will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
  • The product has arrived in a damaged condition 
  • The item arrived in poor quality 

 * Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed To Order. 

Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of 9Legion. 

Sent damaged or wrong items:


In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us to 9legioncrew@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue.
